No content is to be copied without written consent from JSN Clothing. Content includes but is not limited to text and images. If any content on our website breaches your copyright, please send us an email at sales@jsnclothing.co.nz stating the details of the breach.

 

2. Trademark

“JSN Clothing” is exclusively owned by JSN Clothing and is protected by both New Zealand and international trademark laws. All trademarks not owned by JSN Clothing appearing on our website, are owned by their respective owners. No trademarks on our website are to be used for any purpose without written consent from JSN Clothing.

 

3. Privacy

Use of this website is covered by the JSN Clothing Privacy Policy. Our website uses cookies to help us improve your experience navigating the website. All information gathered from cookies is anonymous.

 

4. Terms of Sale

All prices are full price in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout and cost will depend on the delivery location. Refunds are available on all products returned in resalable condition and within 30 days from arrival. When a faulty product is delivered contact sales@jsnclothing.co.nz to arrange an exchange or full refund to the purchase account in the original currency. Appropriate action will be taken when a breach of use or sale has occurred.

 

5. Return Process

We accept returns made within 30 days after payment was received. Returned products must be in the same condition you received with the original labeling and packaging. Returns cannot be made on underwear unless faulty and have not been removed from the original packaging. A returns form must be emailed along with the payment confirmation sent to you when payment was received. A refund will be processed to the original credit card used to make the payment. The exact purchase amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of being approved by our customer service team. Delivery charges for all returns are at your own expense. Your refund will be processed when our customer services team has been notified by the supplier that the original items have been received in their original labeling and packaging. 6. Delivery

We will send you proof of payment via email when your payment has been processed. Our email will act as an acceptance of your offer. Delivery times are only an estimate. JSN Clothing has no responsibility for any late delivery. All deliveries will not require your signature and will be made at your own risk. JSN Clothing holds no responsibility for any damage or theft of products that occur during delivery. When you order multiple products, separate deliveries may be made for each item and delivery times may vary. The courier will not take responsibility if the package is stolen from the delivery address. Please refer to our delivery information for shipping fee costs.
